About

I’m Marta Paley, 31 years old and have been a trainer for over 10 years

I didn’t arrive at a holistic training approach right away.

In the beginning, I had no real understanding of biomechanics or how muscles actually work in motion.

At 16, I graduated from the Ballet Academy in Moscow and danced professionally in theater until I was 18. But eventually, I realized it wasn’t my path — and decided to take a leap into the unknown… and into the circus!

A big fan of juggling and clowning (with 14 years of ballet training behind me), I created a unique act: juggling cigar boxes while on pointe.

To this day, no one has recreated this combination. With that act, I toured more than 10 countries and performed on stages for 350 to 2000 people.

I entered the fitness world thanks to a friend from ballet school. She never pursued the stage — she had always dreamed of teaching. One day she became ill and needed someone to take over her beginner stretching class.

She wrote a plan, I taught it — and that’s how it all began.

At first, I was just covering classes here and there, and it felt great. But soon I started noticing something: I couldn't explain

how to do many of the movements — they just came naturally to me. I’d give people squat jumps and be genuinely confused:
"How come they can’t squat with a straight back?"

That’s when the questions started piling up. And I wanted to have an answer to them.

I knew I had to udnerstand more, so I studied, a lot

First came basic bodybuilding courses. They gave me a foundation: how to work with clients, structure sessions, and teach exercises properly. Later, I started teaching kids in a dance studio. They taught me patience, imagination, and how to break down every movement to its very core — piece by piece — like building a house from bricks. Only then could I truly teach someone how to move from scratch.

In 2022, I moved to Germany. That’s when I discovered an incredible course on flexibility training that dove deep into biomechanics, anatomy, and movement combinations designed specifically for women’s health.

It completely changed how I viewed the body, physiology, and movement — and it inspired me to create my own online program. I wanted to share what I had learned in a structured way, through ready-to-follow sessions and clear logic.

At the same time, I became interested in nutrition — and that helped me heal my relationship with food, which had been shaped (and damaged) by years of ballet life.

How I train and live today?

Fitness is a huge part of my life — a profession I truly love and continuously grow in.

The most interesting part?
My body today is the result of the method I’ve created — and constantly refine.

I’ve been a ballerina, a juggler, an aerialist — and each phase of my life required a different physical form.

Now I train exclusively with my own method — and I feel better than ever.

For beginners, I always recommend starting with no equipment.

We focus a lot on posture, breathing, and pelvic floor engagement.

The training cycles are structured so that over each week or month, we move through the whole body and actually see progress.

My programs help you:

"Achieve results with fun and enjoyment"

Uliana

"Get rid of pain from old back injuries"

Elena

"Lose track of time during workouts because they are always varied and engaging"

Felix

"Surpass your own expectations - turns out my body is capable of so much more"

Alexandra

But what’s even more valuable — these workouts change your lifestyle.

They shift the way you relate to your body and your daily routine.
They teach you to care for yourself, every single day.

There’s no race for results here.
Just training that fits into your life — and works for your well-being.

Magic? Almost.
